Mark Turton raped an underage girl, a crime for which he was sentenced to seven years in prison. Upon release from prison, Mark decided that he was a woman, and changed his name to Kirsten Lukess. Mr. Kirsten met a woman in a group, and bombarded her with texts, emails and social media messages until the woman opened her life to him, permitting him to sleep at her house in a room adjacent to that of her 11-year-old son’s.
When the woman discovered that Mr. Kirsten was a child rapist, she immediately notified police. Mr. Kirsten pleaded guilty for residing at an address with a child under the age of 16, and failing to register an address.
