Los Angeles, California – Jason Pomare, a 33-year-old man, entered the women’s restroom in the guise of a woman. Along with a wig, bra, purse, and dress, Jason appeared to have breasts.

Mr. Pomare sat in a stall for two hours on May 11, 2013, sliding the bag under neighboring stalls and positioning his camcorder to record women in the act of using the restroom.

A woman who noticed the mini-camcorder’s red light reported the voyeurism to store security.

Security notified the Palmdale Sheriff’s station.

According to reports, Mr. Pomare slipped out of the store and attempted to flee from deputies.

The deputies quickly found Mr. Pomare hiding under a tractor trailer that was parked near the store’s loading dock, and arrested him.

In the pervert’s purse, law enforcement found hours of video footage of women using the restroom.

On June 4, 2014, Mr. Pomare pleaded guilty to six misdemeanor counts of unlawful use of a concealed camera for purposes of sexual gratification and one misdemeanor count of resisting arrest.

Deputy District Attorney Jon Hatami requested that Mr. Pomare be sentenced to four years, six months in prison.

The judge sentenced Mr. Pomare to probation.

While on five years of summary probation, Mr. Pomare must undergo sex-compulsion counseling and classes, register as a sex offender, and submit to search and seizures and stay 200 yards away from the Antelope Valley Mall.
