Los Angeles, California – Jason Pomare, aged 33, entered the women’s restroom under the guise of a woman. Along with a wig, bra, purse, and dress, Jason appeared to have breasts.
Jason sat in a stall for two hours, sliding the bag under neighboring stalls, and aiming his camcorder to record women in the act of using the restroom. Jason’s voyeurism was discovered by a woman who noticed the mini-camcorder’s red light. The woman complained to store security, who reported the incident to the Palmdale Sheriff’s station.
Jason slipped out of the store and attempted to flee from deputies. Deputies quickly found him hiding under a tractor trailer that was parked near the store’s loading dock.
Jason was arrested and charged with six counts of unlawful use of a concealed camera for purposes of sexual gratification. In Jason’s purse, police found hours of video footage of women using the restroom.
